I've never seen OWA behave this way, at least not this consistently.Invest in gotomeeting (gotomeeting.com) or something similar; those browser initiated remote support applets are worth their weight in gold in

When you load a website that uses ActiveX controls, it asks your permission to install the software on your computer. I'm available for hire. This happens on the newer Internet Explorer browsers (IE7 and IE8) and the reason is that Internet Explorer does not allow the ActiveX component to run.
