Thanks guys. Another option that I'm sure you already thought of is to just build the form on the web page, instead of using the PDF. Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't. And they seem to be very serious about not being able to save it, you can't even try to save it as a PDF from the Print dialog.
