the actionform class is present in this .jar and we missed it that is the cause. If Ant compiles the .class file to the (shared) build path and it's up-to-date Eclipse determines by default that the file shouldn't be overridden. This ensures I have a backup plan should something go awry. The time now is 12:33 PM. Again, if I added space to this class after the clean and saved it it compiled ok and the error went away. I'll be glad to here any idea, I didn't find a solution yet :-( Thanks.
Simply touching the file might also resolve the issue (I'll test touch next time). Check if the address is correct.
